Join this special offering for beginners to practice their note reading skills (tablature, too) and play within the context of a group! We will play 2-3 songs with multiple, differentiated parts. These songs have been carefully curated to best serve a group playing together for the first time. Parts will be leveled from absolute beginner to players who have learned to read, but, haven't played with others yet. Parts will be sent out a few days before the workshop.

 Low-G ukulele recommended, but, not required.

Join us for this weekend intensive as we study the Jazz Masterpiece Kind of Blue by Miles Davis. Hailed as the best-selling jazz album ever and one of the greatest of any genre, there is an abundance of musicality present for us to absorb and admire. Modal jazz, blues and a band of music legends add to the mystique and success of this  album.
