Celtic Ukulele-this is a NEW 6-week class. I am excited to offer the first class to explore the music of Ireland, Scotland and the British Isles. I have several tunes arranged in a 'Ukestra' style with a combination of single-note parts as well as chords. We will also try our hands at a couple of traditional "session" tunes where the ukulele will play Celtic fiddle melodies. Note-reading experience and low-G tuning will allow students to play all of the parts presented, though not mandatory. Advanced Beginner and above. -Wednesdays 7-8pm 8/9-9/6 -$125
